Overview

In order to be entitled to a refund, you must familiarize yourself with the conditions specified in the vouchers and documents you received when booking directly from Owl Tourism, and the rules set by the company you purchased from when you made a reservation from our website.

Non-refundable products and services are brought to your attention at the time of booking.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not return your purchase.

There are certain cases where only partial refunds are available:
Partial refunds are subject to special conditions when booking certain services such as air tickets, hotels, tours.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned product. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is sent.

If you have done all this and still have not received your money back, if you have purchased directly from Owl Tourism, contact support@owltourism.az, if you have purchased from international companies through our website, contact the contact details of those companies.
